The Opportunity

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant up to 10 hours per week. The position will be responsible for managing emails and appointments, handling administrative tasks, conducting basic research, preparing reports, and assisting in client communication. The role may also involve managing social media accounts and providing general support to the team as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Research and report preparation skills
  • Experience in client communication and handling phone calls
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is advantageous
